Nu-way Drive In in Leavenwortd

Our office had ordered from Nu-way for our weekly staff lunch. For the 7 dollar chicken strip basket, we got 4 or 5 chicken nugget sized pieces of chicken, and about 15 fries..others were equally disappointed with other items ordered. Stay away from this one town pub does it much better.

Owner is a friend. Such an amazing man. A lot of respect.

Good food and great service are the biggest positives here. The large pork tenderloin and potato wedges are to die for. This a fine place for a treat meal on a budget.The close, borderline tight confines of the dining area may be a challenge for larger patrons (me) or mobility limited diners to successfully get around in.Also - bring cash or use the on-site ATM. Cards are not accepted here.

Get a large Nu-Way, order of fries and a large Coke, not too many things better for lunch.

Awesome diner. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are extremely reasonable. First time I have had fried pickles. My new favorite. Everything was fresh and tasty. The only drawback is they did not have Mt. Dew on the fountain, only in a 20 oz bottle...I was offered a to-go cup. The other was they do not accept credit cards. All said I will be back.

The prices are very reasonable, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and the service is quick.The food has a home-made and old fashioned quality to it that you really can't find at any other fast food restaurants in town. This place has no prices on it's menus, which is odd to me, but I have never placed an order and been dissatisfied with my total.Most of the time, a similar order of food would cost the same or even more at some other fast food restaurants.

Went today with my family and no one left hungry. We got 2 hotdogs, a taco crunch, a corndog, French fries, and an order of fried pickles all for less than $20. The food was good and simple, the menu written above the counter in chalk (cute), and it has a comfortable feel. The only unexpected thing was they only take cash or check. Luckily, they have seen atm next to the register, but if we had known, we could have saved a few dollars in fees. We will definitely be back.

recently remodeled...and kept the nostalgic atmosphere ! a piece of Leavenworth history...the new owners have the desire to bring back NuWay to Leavenworth. Friendly staff and good food in the NuWay tradition.The NuWay burger and Tenderloin sandwich returns !

Been coming to Nu-Way ever since I can remember... The crumbly burgers are hands down the best in Leavenworth. It's healthier too... I am so glad that this place has stayed open for so long so that I am able to bring my babies here to eat, just like how my momma and daddy did it! 👍🏽😍😊

Food was great and my server (Brittany) was amazing. She is queen of the loose meat burger. Owner, Corbett roams the restaurant and interacts with the patrons calling the repeat customers by name. Wonderfull atmosphere.

Toasted tuna salad sandwich with a cherry milkshake. One of my favorite lunches. Staff is very friendly, eating here is a treat.

Very disappointed ~ last two times we were there the waitress was rude and acted annoyed that we were even there. It was great when it first reopened but this lady should not be a waitress. She saw a man coming in and rolled her eyes as he was opening the door. She slammed our food down and snatched the baskets up without saying anything. We don’t go out to eat a lot because money is tight so when we choose to eat somewhere it is a big deal. When I was paying for our dinner the waitress would not even look at me. Waitress, Kristen, is ruining your business for you.
